Hello We have recently ordered three fastrack watches from Twigkart.com website. The e-commerce site asked to pay the amount in advance in order to deliver the product which we did. They even confirmed the order and sent us the confirmation email. There was a mobile number 9811123163 when we called, they answered and responded that they would send the product in three days but when it took longer, we grew suspicious and when we tried calling,only to know that we have been duped. The number is out of reach. We paid INR 3500/- to the product. Please help us in taking appropriate action against them so that atleast other people will not be duped. Thanks in advance!
