I ordered ”Dr. Active” product on 2nd Jan 2015 from http://www.teleskyshopping.co.in/dr-activ/ link which emailed me by Rahul sharma on 2nd Jan 2015 after contacting teleskyshopping by phone. I have the copy of email.
I received wrong product named as ”Super Big Butterfly Model XFT-1002”. I immediately contact teleshopping by phone for the issue regarding replacing the product. They promise me to solve issue within 15 days but today after 2.5 months they was unable to solve my issue. They give bill/invoice of dr. active product and delivered the wrong product as above mentioned. I contacted teleshopping & GS mart many times by phone on above mentioned numbers on website & received email, after 15 days & within this 2.5 months. But i was not get responded properly for my issue & now they are not receiving my call. Also they promise me to mail/sms docket number regarding complaint but they were not give me any docket number till yet even after collecting all my details from me by sms. Please help me to solve issue and refund my amount.
