Sir/Madam

I would like to inform you that bus number 195(Waverock to Bachupally) was never on time. I have been waiting daily for atleast 45mins for that bus. I also asked the bus driver about the timings and even followed that. Apart from that the major issue is that bus is not halting at the bus shelter nizampet.

Please do consider my request and requesting you to ensure us the correct timings.
