Hallo Mr.
What about your executive false commitment of gifts.As per your executive said to me at time of first booking they were said that i will get assured gift of J7 Samsung mobile.
I paid on 9th of May 2017 and till 16th of May i was continuously doing follow up for the gift.On 16th May 2017 and i was not getting proper reply.On 15th of may you mail me one docket no of DTDC courier and your executive asked me to track that courier.I thought you have sent my mobile via courier. Same day I called to your office and my call transferred to Mr. Ramesh Kumar who said that he works in your dispatch department, I asked him that combo offer of referral package ( 8000/ – package booking and validity of 2 years – promotional offer with assured gift of Dell Laptop of worth 60000/- ) which was offered to me before 5 days is valid or not.Mr. Ramesh Kumar said it is valid but with 10, 000/- rupees.I asked him when you will dispatch my gift so he answered me that there is laptop available in dispatched section and he will immediate dispatch this on second day ( 17th may ) if i pay to you today itself.I paid the amount again on 16th may and second day when i called to your office they said server is down so they are not able to mail me docket no.Second day i called again then you sent me other docket no via mail.I thought this is my other gift which you have sent via courier but when i received these couriers it was just a envelop with one single form of booking.
Why your people are cheating ? today is 29th may and it is almost 20 days and there is no feedback of status for my assured gift.
Before 7 days i had a chat with you on your whats app no – 8700761464 then you said that GIVE ME 1 DAY I WILL GIVE A FEEDBACK.
When i messaged you on 24th that I WAS WAITING FOR YOUR UPDATE THAT WAS MY MISTAKE, You replied me that GIVE ME TIME OF 1 WEEK I AM LOOKING FOR YOUR REFUNDING PROCESS.
Today is almost 6th day.I will wait for refund till tomorrow.If i wont get my refund without extra stress then i will file a complaint in consumer court.Already i had been from lot of stress because of your executive.

Hi, did you file complain? i also want to get my extra charges back and also compensation on hotel as they only gave me 3 days out of 6 days..
