TRR Promoters had build a ground floor apartment in 7th main Road, Ramnagar South, Madipakkam plot no. 3035….. with out an approval from CMDA. Builder has failed to provide proper parking of cars to the residents. There a lot of pending works for past 8 months i.e, even after the residents have moved in the apartments, all the common works are still in pending. We had already raise a compliant to CMDA regarding this regulation violation but there is been no action taken yet. Please look in to the matter and do the needfull.
