Got I call from SBI customer care 9555290512 to ask verification questions and to provide add on card to give the discount of 25℅ of each purchase then took the card details even refused to provide . The(executive) said it is ivr call and you can tell ivr number so that system upgrade your card. After that I received message of OTP number & he asked me to provide then I received one more messages of transaction that debited of 7840. Then realiased they have cheated me and it is a fraud. I immediately called SBI customer care & explained ed the scene and they blocked the card. They said they can’t do anything now and asked me call after 3 days to register the complaint since that have not claimed the money.
