I have ordered a headphone of jbl from tradu.com but the product I received was defective and duplicate. The left earphone didn’t work. I logged a complain and asked for refund on may 5 but till date I haven’t received any money in the account who’s detail was submitted to them on may 7. After sending an passbook copy and mini statement they asked for statement from bank. I also provided it to them but still they say that give us the dark scannedcopy. They are just dragging my case and no out put is been given. Hope you all will help me
