I placed an order on Toolwale.com website thru payment gateway Paytm on 1st April. They have not delivered the product yet and all the mails I send them are bouncing back saying delivery failure and the customer care number they have provided is not working and going to voice message. I tried to contact them several time but not able to reach them. I contacted to Paytm and Paytm customer care representatives are very rude and irresponsible. I see Paytm is encouraging such cheating websites and not helping consumers to get their money back. I am upset with these cheating websites openly cheating people of India.
