I placed an order with todayshoppings.com on Feb 26th and after waiting for more than one and a half month cancelled it. I’ve since than till today been been calling to get
my refund but till date it’s not been done. My repeated calls are answered by different individuals and all of them share a new date for the refund, it has been over 3 months
now.
This shopping experience has left me mentally disturbed, i seem to have lost my trust over online shopping. The company here (todayshoppings.com) seems unfazed by my repeated calls/complaints and that i would approach a legal organization like yours. I’m sure there are others facing similar situation, lot more people might get trapped in future as well.
I paid 9,999/- upfront online to place the order, order no. TDS10141. Company details are todayshoppings.com, Phone no. 0120-6525454, E-mail address: [email protected], [email protected], Address: 101-A, Mayur Vihar, Phase-1, Delhi-110091.
The information on the website is misleading as well, the phone no. is a Noida no. whereas the address is in New Delhi- Mayur Vihar. I even tried to find the office and went to search but no luck.
Please help me out
