I registered myself with shine.com for finding a job..

After that i got a call from 8459799596 number. The person on call tld me that he is from TIMESCARRIER.COM and he will find a job for me in my preffered location..

He asked me to first registered on their site that is TIMESCARRIER.COM and deposit online registration fee amounting Rs.1788/-, he told me that this fee will be one time registration fee… and you will not have to pay any another amount for getting job through our portal…

After depositing fee he transfered my call to another person for verification…

And that person asked me to deposit Rs. 7000/- more for verification of my degrees etc.. when i told him that why i have not been told about that before depositing Rs.1788/- then he said you have to deposit Rs.7000/- more if you want a job through our services…

When i asked him to refund back my RS.1788/- as registration fee then he refused to refund.

I already mailed them twice to refund my money but they are not replying.
