Dear Team,
I have taken Tikona connection with USER ID : 1115145920 and connection made with Anuj Sharma name( myself). I have paid for 6th month internet (advance payment was
made 4512 Rs) and near 2 months i used internet connect and after that technical issue came and more than 3 technicians and they were visited more than 5 times and
since 15 to 20 days i did complained of issue but still issue is not resolved. And finally i asked them to close the connection and asked humbly to refund my money for
remaining months. But they are saying they will not refund my money. The person from whom i took the connection he said when you will not get good service you can
close the connection and easily your money will get refund.
Now daily we call them on their customer care number and every time they tell us they will send another technician.
It has already 15 to 20 days since we are not getting internet and since more than one week we are asking them to do refund process but still they haven’t started any
further process regarding this. So in next one week if they will complete the refund process then i will do police complain and society complain.
