Dear Team,
I had dropped a mail to tikona to permanently deactivate my Broadband service on 19-Jul-2015. But they didnt do the same.
My services were deactivated after a month and now they are asking me to make the payment.
I have been getting harassment mailers and calls to make the payment.
Also, they have not collected their modem. The phone numbers of the responsible person specified by them for Modem collection are incorrect.
They don’t pick up the phone. I have dropped them several mail reminders to reply on the mail, but futile.

Please take this case into consideration at the earliest. Also, I want to see them penalized for all the harassment.
