Dear Sir,
I, Naveen Kawatra, bought a Renault (Duster) on 31st July. The very same day we noticed that the A/C of the car trips whenever a gear is changed. I, immediately highlighted to Sprint Cars Pvt. Ltd., who is an authorized dealer for Renault cars. They asked me to bring the car to garage, after an thorough investigation they could not provide reasonable justification for this problem. I was then routed to Devine Autotech, who again could not be of any respite. I am jiggling to get a help to resolve this issue. After spending so much money of the car, if a basic amenity like an air conditioner cant be provided then I must say its just not worth spending at all. I urge you to intervene & help getting my issue resolved. Below are the details of the car:

As a middle class person, I have spend a lot on a car with an intent to buy a comfortable car, however this has made my life hassled. The company is not bothered to resolve the issue & I as a consumer is suffering.
Would appreciate if an immediate action can be taken to resolve the issue.
