They mislead you and use false promises to entice you into purchasing membership when selling it to you. However, they don’t provide any further services. The rules are entirely in the customer’s favor. When any service is requested, their staff is extremely unfriendly. Please don’t let them trick you. They waste or, more accurately, loot all of my money.
