membership cancellation and refund

We tried to book rooms numerous times, but each time they gave us an excuse that they couldn’t because it was peak season, there weren’t any rooms available, or for some other reason.

We gave this company our full payment for the membership and the AMC (annual maintenance charge), but we still haven’t received the service after almost a year.

When we spoke with customer service, they claimed that they didn’t care about our concerns, wouldn’t give us a refund, and also spoke to us in an extremely rude manner.
We have been requesting a refund for so long.
