denial of reservation everytime

When we send mail for reservations, Pacific Holiday World claims the booking window will open 10-15 days in advance, but when we send reservation mail within the specified time frame, they claim inventory is sold out.

They are misleading the public and obtaining money on behalf of membership even though they have no affiliations with any hotels.

Additionally, they refute the assertion that they are a wholly fraudulent company made when granting membership.

I want my membership and AMC fees reimbursed.
