DEAR TATA SKY,
my complaint no is:d5u8vu7 and my id is 1025742287 I have a tata sky user from 6 years long time but many times i found tata sky make stupid and manipulate with our thinking i think tata sky service is very very disgusting and very very cheap because some months before I have upgrade my tata sky because some channels are not proper showing if the channels are not showing that the all responsibility of channels is tata sky when the channels are not showing then upgrade free set top box my earlier set top box is very good condition and not bed only software not updated but now after changed another set top box is not running and tata sky said the box is not in warranty if you want to warrenty so firstly 150/- rs for visit charge if box not ok then 350/- rs another and if you want to warrenty so include 499/- extra total coast of set top box is 999/-rs for one year warranty.If after 1 or 2 months box is not running so charge not include but tata sky service gives tension SO I AM SAID TATA SKY IS VERY VERY DISGUSTING AND VERY VERY CHEAP BECAUSE I AM 6 YEAR OLD USER AND AFTER THIS MAIL NO IMPRESSION ON TATA SKY BECAUSE MURGA TO KAT HI GAYA.
AGAIN TATA SKY I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE AND I WANT TO PAYING ONLY 150/-RS VISIT CHARGE AND MY SET TOP BOX IS NEED TO REPAIR IF NOT SO IAM GOING TO CONSUMER CELL (COURT) OPPOSITE TO TATA SKY REMEMBER….

You must try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. I am sure they will look into your matter and arrive at an amicable resolution.
