Auto loan
I would like to let you know that Chennai has been very heavy flooded and we have been suffering very high financial loss. We need your cooperation/support/assistance at this circumstances.

I have been following last 8 month to TATA MOTORS FINALCE Ltd (TMFL) & keep on requesting to rationalize the auto loan by increasing the tenure by 1 year ( 3yr to 4 yr) to reduce the EMI as vehicles meet with accident and incurred the loss with high maintenance cost due to faulty product provided by TATA MOTORS.

Please have a look that we are facing the issue with TMFL. TMFL is keep on creating the mental harassment, agony, and humiliating to customer

1. We have sent the letter in march 15 but it return due to TMFL has provided the incorrect address in the loan contract.
2. Upon mail communication we have submitted the formal letter dated 18/04/15 but there were no response/proper communication from TMFL.
3. TMFL CSR will argue with customer without proper knowledge on the subject. There were no proper tracking system which can help customer to resolve the issue quickly. Nodal officer/TOP management never look into the business and do not worry about the customer. There were no escalation desk to resolve the query.
4. Some of the manager at TMFL argue the issue without looking into the files/case/documentation etc.
5. Some of the lower management staff keep on arguing the issue and changing the statement which is creating the high mental harassment with agony. They keep on demanding the new papers without looking into the file and we are providing to them all such by speed post/mail etc. We do not know why they are keep on delaying the issue and humiliating to us.
