I’m J.Eswaraiah Using tata docomo service for number 7207727777 and paid an amount Rs.3000/- as deposit for the number. Unfortunately, I lost my handset in bangalore and in DOCOMO live chat I asked the docomo executive to bar my services as I lost my sim card along with my mobile and the executive actioned the same.

I went to DOCOMO STORE on 08-05-2015 to clear my outstanding as well as to have an duplicate sim for my number. But by that time my number was permanently disconnected without any prior information.

So, I wrote an email regarding my disconnection of my number and AMAZINGLY i got this reply from DOCOMO team

Dear Mr.ESWARAIH.

We have received your e-mail regarding service restoration dated : 10-07-2015 for Tata Docomo number : 7207727777.

At the outset,we sincerely apologize for delayed response on your email and we assure you that your concern will be addressed at the earliest.

As per your email, we would like to inform you that upon verification of our records we found that your number was permanently disconnected on 09-JUN-15 due to Personal reason. Kindly, check the same.

Further, we would like to inform you that your current outstanding amount is Rs.1667/- and due date for the same was 03-JUL-15.

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you and hope we have addressed your concern.

If yes, I’m asking them to show the proof for disconnecting my number along with Docomo store details

I want my number because all my bank transfers are connected to that number.

Docomo executive suggested me to pay an amount of Rs.10000/- as an deposit, if i wish to take the same number now.

Please do the needful to get back my number 7207727777 without paying deposit.
