I recieved the said consignment yesterday dtd 24th Mar’14, but the gift was absent as promised in your previous mail.

Also I’d like to bring to your notice that the shoes & wathch which was delivered to me

doesnt meet the standard levet of the reputed brand as commited in your website and seems to be inferior quality.

This was totally unexpected from such a esteemed Online shopping website, it should’nt commit if can’t deliver.
