I have ordered Gionee M4 on 22/12/2015 (Order no 100050108) but didn’t receive the product till 9th Jan 2016. Then I cancelled the order on 9th Jan and they confirmed that will get the refund in 7-8 working days. But still haven’t received my money back. Everyday I am calling them and they are giving the ready answer that it will initiated today. I am planning to lodge a cheating case against them. If they don’t refund my money by tomorrow, I will lodge a complaint and visit their office and make them to pay for all my expenses due to this.
