I Purchased online from Surpluss.in Xiomi Redmi 1s on 27th August through PayUmoney.. they sent me tracking number of shipment of Delhivery Courier company when i inquired from them was shocked to hear the product was sent to MadhayPradesh whereas it was to be sent to mumbai. anyways i received the product after complaing and mailing alots finally on 5th September 2015 and to my another surprise handset was sent without battery again complaing and mailing alots i got battery on 9th September 2015. when i received battery to my uttermost surprise handset was not working its a dead piece. now since i have called up them many times since 9th September 2015 daily i am being told it will be picked up today and you will receive your refund amount within 7 days. on 9/9/2015 one of their customer care executive mr. Santosh Chaina said it will be picked up today but not done on 10/9/2015 Mr. Naresh Kumar said it will be done today but not picked up, on 11/09/2015 Mr. Himanshu Said it will be done today anyhow but not done. and from 12/09/2015 they have stopped picking up my calls ? what to do ?
