I have demanded product 1 Kurti, vide Order Id No.47260, through Mobile No.9325526774. How ever i have received saree vide ever despatch No.2080110061471. I will not accept the product supplied by you. It is requested to send your representative collect the wrongly supplied product and return the amount of Rs.499/- to my account.

    The same thing has happened to me too. I ordered a salwar suit of RS 699 from nattashi.in and they delivered an old saree which looks like already used. I have also filled up the return request form numerous times and at the same time I sent mails regarding the wrong delivery. There is no reply nor any response from their side. They are fraud. Please help me out. My order number is 60709. And the return address they have given is 75, Ayodhya nahii, Gujarat, India. Because of this the trust towards online shopping is gone. I want my money back.

    One thing is also common in this fraud. Yes it is happened with me also and I have analysed all courier service for this is “Delhivery Courier”.
    It indicate that the courier company is also involved in this, because after too much frauds, thay are not providing the shipper’s address and which phone number is used by customer is blocked by courier service.
    If anyone can get the same happens, pls share maximum.
