I ordered 2 salads from subway today about a couple of hours back, I normally order from subway almost every next day. I have found hair strands twice before in my salad but since restaurant staff was apologetic I empathised with them being from the service industry and let go of it. But today one of my family members found something that looked like a bone or a fingernail in the salad and I called the restaurant to complain. They sounded least apologetic and least bothered and instead wanted me to place an order again so they could replace it. I want them to know I can buy my salad and don’t need their stupid replacement and they need to be more hygienic while preparing food for consumers. Hygiene and value for money is what I demanded not a replacement with the attitude of obliging customers.
