I ordered a jbl pulse from style my gadget and they happen to sell me a fake jbl pulse when compared to an original one ! However i asked for a refund or a return with a genuine one ! Tried calling them and emailed them as well ! After a week they called me saying that they will return me with a genuine one , but now thieir customer service helpline is switched and email is not going through! Even thier facebook page has been removed !
Please suggest the actions to be taken against them !
