Purchased Bose earpods from store2shop address on site being 4th floor, Udyog Vihar, Ph-II, Gurgaon 122016 Haryana [email protected], +91-9631248312 shipped thru Delhivery by Balaji traders with Address S-350 Pratap Nagar, New Delhi, 110092. Upon opening the product I found that it contains some cheap quality speaker instead of the headphones. The Customer care number provided on the site is always switched off and there is no response from the site in-spite of frequent mails
