If the director of this consultancy stated that we have signed some of his documents that says we have to pay penalty than on what behalf he gave us 2 cheques of 60000 / = each that was dated on 15 july 2014 (yes bank) . This shows he and his consultancy is just fraud consultancy. I am right , I am no fraud so I will consult media plus higher authorities to take action against this fraud fellow.
