I had a contract with spryness in 2022 for Canada LMIA PR for 10,000 CAD. Until now nothing been done and no response on refund.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the services provided under the contract signed between myself and Spryness Immigration Services in 2022 for assistance with the Canada LMIA PR process. The contract was for a fee of 10,000 CAD, which I have already paid in full.

However, since the signing of the contract, no action has been taken towards fulfilling the terms of the agreement. Additionally, my repeated requests for an update or refund have gone unanswered.

Given that more than a reasonable amount of time has passed with no progress or communication from your side, I request either immediate progress on my application or a full refund of the 10,000 CAD I paid.

Please provide a detailed response at your earliest convenience. If I do not receive a resolution, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through relevant consumer protection channels and legal avenues.
