No point typing the entire story here but yes, they do not do anything at all with your profile if you make full payment. You wast years and eventually the eligibility to migrate.
Alhamdulillah I am doing well where i am now, put if you plan to waste your money then just go shopping for things you dont need instead of paying spryness a single Dirham for anything.
