not got my order

I have ordered a track suit from this company and i have not got it and already 2 weeks have passed. I have no order number no tracking details awb number nothing. I have emailed them but they are nit replying to me. This is cheating and must be looked into. But i have no knowledge how to put up my case against them with concerned authorities. Please help me in this regard.
