Hi Team,

This is in regards to my Spice handset which i purchased recently. However from day one it didnt work properly. As my set was in warranty i took it to service center and they said it will go to noida service centre. The problem was it is a dual SIM handset however it was not showing the 2nd SIM. It took 3 weeks to resolve the issue and that perticular issue was resolved. I took the handset from service centre and came back and on the same day when the battary is low i plugged in the charger and the battary was not charging. I have tryed charging my set from diffrent chargers as well however didnt work. I again took the mobile to the service centre and they said the same story that it will go the noida service centre and again it took 3 weeks to rectify the issue. Now today again the same issue battry is not charging from the charger which i have got along with the set and i have tryed diffrent chargers as well still the same.
This is getting redeculous. Please suggest me what i have to do.
