Hi Spice Digital Ltd,

A scammer transferred Rs. 9,000 to his Mobikwik wallet illegally from my account on 30 December 2015 at around 7:30PM. I lodged a complaint with Mobikwik on the same day to block his transactions. I have already fired an FIR and filed report in the consumer court.
He then used this amount in the Mobikwik wallet to buy Spice Digital Recharge with the transaction ID – 7fafaf31451481862081 amounting to Rs. 4930. My account is in CityBank. I request you to talk with Mobikwik about the incident and refund me the amount back to my bank account. My contact number is +91-7306732725.
