Unlike other developers in the state, this developer has a clause in the booking form (that is self created by them) that says booking amount will not be returned. This is under one of those 50 clauses written in the document in small font which nobody reads. I am one of many customers who is trying to get the booking amount returned.

In the name of their prestigious brand, I also fell in the trap of booking a flat in one of their prestigious apartment before visiting the flat. There is some minimum trust expected being a popular brand. Later when i visited the flat, it is not at all worth of the money that we need to pay and the flat is facing a crematorium nearby. This was not mentioned by the marketing guys. I decided to cancel the booking. Later i came to know from my friend that they don’t return the booking amount and that was shocking for me because the marketing guys never mentioned about this

Like this they have cheated many people and not returning booking amount to all customers. Our hard earned money is gone.
