No after sell service by Snapdeal

Detail Problem: Reverse pick up not happening after repeated calls and mails
Its been more than 10 days I had registered my complaint with Snapdeal for reverse pick because of quality issues. I am calling their CC everyday and getting same reply that they have escalated the issue and reverse pick will happen within 48 hrs. Still no sms or mail has come regarding reverse pickup. Even on mails after continuously tracking , I am getting same assurances that pickup will happen within 48 hrs. But no calls or mails are working out for me as reverse pickup has not happened till date.
The product is of no use to me because of the quality, I am really worried about my money.
