40 days back I had placed an order for an Office chair which I wanted to gift my friend on his birthday.
On 11th April, I got a message saying the order is ready with seller and will be shipped anytime.
On 14th April, I got a message saying the product is delayed.
On 17th April, I got a message saying the product is cancelled.
On 17th April, I can see that the product is available on their portal.
I am surprised with the supply chain model you have?
I am surprised with the kind of responses from their customer care.
I am surprised that 40 days of my time is wasted for a gift.
I need the answers from snapdeal.
Why is that it took 40 days for you to understand that the product is not available?
Why did you waste my time? Why are you wasting my time now?
