I ordered a gas stove on 3rd Jan 2016. I cancelled the order the same day as I found a better offer.
I was promised a response within 48 hours via email. However, on 15th Jan, I received a mail stating that they are still working on it.
On 19th I called them to enquire about the status and the associate said it takes 4 business days and informed me to wait until the 21st.
On 22nd, I still haven’t received the refund and when I called to check, I was told that the refund was initiated only on the 20th and was asked to wait another 4 business days from then.
For an order placed and cancelled on 3rd, I’ve waited for over 12 “business days” and haven’t gotten any promising resolution. All I get is a sorry for the inconvenience while I have to deal with a broken, leaking gas stove!
