I bought a shrug combo set from snapdeal in November. I got a defected piece so I returned the product. After Dat I lodge complain many times. They always reply That you will soon get ur refund but still I haven’t gotten. Last Saturday I again call then they told me give us 48 hours with in 48 hours we call u and we will initiate u r refund but I haven’t received any call or refund
