I had purchased a dress on snapdeal in the,month of july 2015, they had sent wrong product, when contacted them they said to courrier the item they will refund,the amount as well as courrier amount, they had refunded my courrier charges but not my dress cost of rs778, when ever I cal them they r apologizing but not solving my issue, its been six months I m continuously calling then, with the cals I made to snapdeal I can purchase a new dress, they r least bothered about customer complaints
