My order number on snapdeal is – 3056628587
It is almost a month I ordered a washing machine on snapdeal and while ordering it was said that the washing machine will be shipped in 2-3 business days. It is not yet shipped. I have contacted the customer care team N number of times and they said that they are working on this on Priority but not able to solve this issue. I have been sending them e-mails but they are not replying there too.
I have asked for refund and they are not cancelling the order too while they are mentioning on their website that the payments are secured under trustpay and also highlights that 100% money will be refunded if the product is not shipped with 3 days after the promised shipping date. (i am also attaching snapshot of the same)
While my money is blocked i couldn’t use other good offers on competitor websites. Now I not only want my money back but also want to get compensated for such irresponsible behaviour from the snapdeal team.
