i brought a telescope online through snapdeal to one of my relatives as they did not deliver where i live. First of all they sent it with 3 days of delay. On the day of delivery i had to go back to my city due to some urgent matters and i picked up my product from there office. when i reached home i opened the box and found out they have sent me a cheaper telescope that is ‘the wrong one’. and when i sent a message on their website i did not get any reply, also they have taken the money worth for the telescope i ordered.
