Wrong color of the geyser being sent by SNAPDEAL ORDER ID: 3027312495

I purchased Racold 15L Eterno 2 Series Vertical Geyser which is shown on website as Grey and dark grey color, but i got a white and blue color, which is not what i was looking for. This is really bad that there is no guarantee that you get what you see on this website. Snapdeal says that they have not committed the color to be the same as shown on website.

So, guys, don’t ever think, that the item which is displayed will be same when delivered.

And, also i wrote an email to [email protected] they say that they don’t cover electronics goods for returns/refunds, what the heck,?
So, guys please think before clicking buy, because you would click on buy and they will send some different color and then you have to suffer with all customer care executives, and in the end, you will find that you have been fooled by SNAPDEAL. Shame on this!
