I had ordered 2 set of goods ( Order No. : 2222069445 Placed on: 2014-06-06 21:27:15). But the wrong product was delivered and it was returned back to snapdeal through courier on 12/06/2014) Even though I had ordered two sets and had paid Rs.540 in total for the item, but my bank account statement shows only refund of Rs.270 not full amount of Rs540 .
Since then till date I have written number of times and every time I receive only new complaint number OR reference numbers (12603830, 11726568, 12133321 and 7908835) but no action from Snap deal. As I didn’t find any registered official address on website I asked them to send the registered address so that I can serve the legal notice. But till now no positive reply has been received.

Please help me
