I ordered a travel bag from snapdeal, order number 2972122792 in a discount offer. They kept telling me for 20 days that it was packed and was waiting for shipment pickup. when the price went up, they simply cancelled my order saying it went out of stock. I am following up with customer care but no help from them either, they keep quiet when i call and no response to emails either.
I have 2 concerns
1) If a product gets packed and is awating shipment pickup, how can it go out of stock fomr there?
2) why did it take 20 days?
I believe snapdeal does it to show more sales and to avoid giving discounts. They did not even disagree with me and just stopped responding.
