I got a promotional email in the name of a girl (Soumya) the email ID was traced to [email protected] SNAAPHOTDEALS.com, However I followed the click link from the email and I chose the Rs. 1699 Order (Casio Watch+Bugatti Shoe combo Promotional offer) with the Order #100007593 on the 30th March 2015. The price amount was deducted from my bank and I got an invoice for the same but I did not receive any email nor call confirmation on my order. Out of doubt I tried to track my order, I called the company contact details available on customer service but the customer service numbers are always busy and no response to any email complaint logged with the department, when I logged onto the website I found the complaint forum in which I found multiple complaints on this company (website). Above all, the payment went through Paytm, Now I’m not sure what to do. This makes me very unsure to make any online purchases anymore given the fact that this country has some of the best online stores. These small companies are tarnishing the leaders.
1. What are the other online stores doing about this?
2. Does the government intend to act upon this or will sideline peoples’ cry?
3. Do payment gateways and online stores also support and have a share in all the fraudulent transactions?
4. How will paytm act on this false usage?
5. Will these fellows be punished for cheating?

Dear All,
We ordered in SNAAPHOTDEALS for Samsung mobile & Rayban glasses, they said ordered will be delivered in 7 working days, they sent us the confirmation mail for the purchase. We paid through our credit card to them with PAYTM gateway, last week we had a mail from them, the order was cancelled due to un receivable of payments. We called our bankers and they said the payment was credited to FASHIONER SHOP on that day. They gave the transaction ID to us and informed us registered complaint to PAYTM for the issue. So we mailed to PAYTM for the payment was wrongly credited to FASHIONERSHOP instead of SNAAPHOTDEALS. They said will revert within 24 hours.
