Dear Sir/Madam,
On 18th March, I ordered a combo offer, Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo+Rayban Sunglasses, for Rs. 1999/- at snaaphotdeals.com. I paid via net transfer. Post that I got a doubt and I put another item in shopping cart, but cancelled the order. Within 30 minutes, I got a phone call and a person asked me if I faced any problems with payment. I mentioned that I placed an order and since this is a new e-commerce website, I don’t want to take too much risk and hence would place the other order once the current order is delivered. The guy at the other end told me that its a promotional offer and I would get it in 5-6 business days. I followed up couple of times and each time I was given a picture that the order is almost about to the shipped except for some technical difficulties and I will be soon conveyed a tracking number. Finally, today, the phone line has gone busy and I see some complaints as this could be fraud. This morning when I mailed them regarding order status, I was informed that the shipping is delayed again because of technical issues. I replied to them to keep the customers trust and expedite shipping. I even mentioned that further delay would result in me approaching the consumer court. By late evening , I notice that quite a few others who are facing a similar situation. I hope the consumer court will act quickly to nab the people behind this scam and get us a refund.
