Hi,
I had problem with the horn and window noise with my Skoda Rapid MH02DG4839, so gave the car in senator skoda workshop, powai mumbai for servicing on 27th July 2015.
The car was returned to me after 3 days saying the problems have been resolved, just after 10 minutes when I took out the car for office I noticed that the problem is still there, I gave them a call at that very moment, the servicing manager requested me to resubmit my car which I did on 3rd August 2015, I was told that the 2 parts are damaged and because the car is under warranty, they have raised a request for warranty parts which would come from the Aurangabad factory in a week and I can take my car during the time. It’s been more than 1.5 months since then and either the parts have not arrived or they do not wish to service my car, I do not know the reason as I am unable to reach them, the servicing manager and the servicing associate at senator workshop powai do not entertain me, they either do not pick the phone or if the pick they tell me they will give a call back in an hour, or/and request me to contact Kandivali workshop, as the warranty issues are dealt in kandivali workshop. when i call kandivali workshop they ask me to get in touch with powai workshop. I am dismayed and do not know what to do, now I understand why despite the skoda cars being so good people do not buy them, this is a reason.
I am still awaiting for my car to be repaired, I called senator customer care multiple no of times in last 1 month but they have not helped, I have also called skoda india helpline but they have also not helped.
