I had recharged 16/ rs by online method on dated 1st december 2015. and benefit (100 Local & National SMS/Day * 28 Days) is not receving after recharge. Online Transaction id is —-1010529220. mobile number… .8890076416 So I had call customer care 198 and told me your customer care officer you have charged 1/ rs daily deduction to use this sms service. but there are no any information mts online rechage website . after it i had complained many time foloowing e mail id and told that there are no full inforation your mts online website. and i said that refund me my 16/ rs amount because I had told that I cannot pay 1/rs per day to use this service . i and I had not used this sms service . and not solving my this complaint and not given proper response by mts company .
