Siechem Technolgy Private limited whose head office in chennai and they are doing cable manufacturing.Their manufacturing plant in pondicherry.I have been worked in their Cable manufacturing plant for 2 years.I am a b.tech graduate.I am native of pondicherry.While i am joining in the company they said that appointed order will not be given.And due to need of job i joined the company.And later came to know that nobody got appointed order from that company.And most of them are engineering graduates working in Quality,production,Electrical. I am worked as Production Supervisor.Working hour is 12 hour.Sunday also no leave.any government holiday no leave.All day working day.Even while at home they will call and torture.Even new year,deepavli,pongal i went to plant so that machine should not be stopped, i sincerely worked.Like this i worked for two years.Now currently so many new persons joined in the company.In my department also 3 persons joined.Without any notice I am have been removed from the company 2 month before.They told that 10 days break has been given.After that you can join.But after 10 days while i am going to company.they told we will call you.But now any plant manager or any higher person from that company while calling them they say i ask Md and say.And also they are not given my Last worked month salary of 18000 rupees.While I am asking for money also they say they will ask md and say.Finally I am much hurted and gave resignation letter.And asked for salary and experience certificate they are not giving it.they are telling that we will give nobody experience certificate and they are illegally keeping some contract name as sssoft.in that contract all employees are kept.so that they are saved from Income tax.For my future without experience certificate i what to do sir.I worked for two years for nothing.And that money i worked for 12 hours on each day for one month how can i leave that amount. I am asking god daily.Kindly take action on that company and provide me the needs sir.Unorganised sector more probem occurs educated persons are affected more.I am Deepan who worked as Production supervisor in that company for two years.
