Hello Team, I have booked a product called ” PUMA Combo” which has 4 products – Shoe, Bag, Goggles & Belt with one assured gift called ” IPad Mini 2″. I have paid Rs.5499 for this product I have booked this on 14th Dec 2015, I have received only 2 products out 4 products that is Shoe & Goggles. When I called customer care, the Production Department (Ankit) & customer department ( Vishal) they are telling you will get all details of shipment in mail & call from them. When i am calling them, they are not ready to give Shipment number also. When I am trying to call them from last 2 days, they are telling mangers are busy in meetings, they will call me in 20 mins and so. but not received a single call from them Till Now I didnt get any call from them nor I have got any mails on shipment. I have called them more than 20 times from day when i have order this product I need your help to rectify this issue ASAP.

i purchased adidas combo. and i got my assured gift.thank you to shopshoop.com and employers.they provide all prodect and assured gift…thank you very very much.. i was feeling my combo is being late but i was wrong shopshoop.com employers were right..i got all things…..
I ordered adidas combo and it was delivered within 8 days after order.yes assured gift took some time to deliver but delivered.
