I order (order no 3003258399) a mobile phone (model no XOLO q1010i) from indiatimes shopping and they delivered (delivery date 2nd June) me a damaged product. When i complained them to replace it they told that your product is in warranty so go to the nearest services center they will replace it.
When I go to the services center they said that they will not give their services to such products which are purchased online and refuse to replace it.
Both are blaming each other and are not serious about my problem.
